The steep turns of dogleg trajectory for many par 4 as well as par 5 holes, make you play the game skillfully. The approach shot is matched by the green size specifically. This golf course of Algarve generates genuine excitement in expert golfers and they leave the place after a memorable round.

The Role of Nature

Layout and Design

The Vale da Pinta is a par-71 course spread in over 6000 meters. The natural vegetation combined with man-made features take the test of golfers to the maximum extent. The whole course comprises of the beautiful views of the Monchique Hills.

The par-5 fifth hole measures 512 meters. It requires an accurately long tee-shot, which goes uphill. The hole is made even tougher by a fairway which is bordered by the rough terrains on the right side and out of the boundary on the left. The remaining hole goes downhill, but still the golfer has to be very cautious of the carob and olive trees that infringe the fairway and narrow it significantly.

You cannot relax even at the next tee. It is a par-3 and measures 168 meters. It has to be played from a highly elevated tee to a wide green bunker with water all around.
